01 · Client and task

Staff chatted in personal messengers, training lived in files and tasks got lost between shifts. The clinic needed its own app, connected to the portal, with everything work-related in one place.

Turn training into short lessons with videos and tests
Connect tasks to a calendar and reminders

03 · What was done

I built a work chat with groups, files and calls, so the team stopped handling work in personal messengers.

I put together an academy of lessons, videos and tests, so a newcomer learns from their phone a few minutes a day.

I added tasks with deadlines and a calendar, so nothing gets lost between shifts.

04 · In focus

Passcode and Face ID

The app locks with a passcode and biometrics, like a banking app: work chats stay private even if the phone ends up in someone else’s hands.
